Cancellation Policy:
Once you submit an order, your credit/debit card will be automatically charged. Our ordering process is expedited, and your order will be immediately sent to processing & shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may not be unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted. Please remember to order items carefully.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We return, or exchange, for STORE CREDIT only, so please order carefully. To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk, or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid such as semen, saliva, urine, blood, etc. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resellable.
Non-Returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- ANY Vibrator, Dildo/ Dong
- ANY item that is inserted into the penis, vagina or anus.
- ANY enema kits.
- ANY sound set.
- ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.

Note: Many products are guaranteed, by the respected manufacturer, for limited or full warranties. If any product is found DEFECTIVE, please contact the manufacturer directly for exchange according to each manufacturers' terms of service. In order to keep our extremely competitive pricing model, LoverSource does not accept any defective item returns.
- We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 30 days from the invoice date. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be issued Store Credit for the amount of the item.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges.
How to arrange your return or exchange:
1) Please contact LoverSource at http://www.loversource.com/contact.html to obtain an approval RMA for your exchange or credit. We will NOT accept returns without an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
2) All products returned must be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment, as well as obtain a tracking number, in case your package is lost or damaged by the carrier.

EXPEDITED 2ND DAY SHIPPING:
If you choose the 2nd day, expedited shipping option, please note that this does include the handling and processing time. Most orders, placed before 12:00pm, will most likely be shipped the same day, excluding weekends. Furthermore, some orders may require additional handling and processing time, as well as possibly be out of stock. Please note that the 2nd day expedited shipping is two days from the day the product is actually shipped.
UNABLE TO DELIVER
If a package can not be delivered by the shipping carrier and is returned to us, you will be contacted to determine if you want the item re-shipped. If you want the item reshipped, you must pay the reshipping cost. If you would like a refund, you will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.

Q - What if I ordered the wrong item? Can I return it for the item I want?
A - Yes...
Within 30 days of delivery, and if your item does not fall within the category of a health risk, you can return the item as instructed in your RMA email. If you'd like to return an item for a similar item of the same value, this can be done as long as the item is returned to us UNOPENED and UNUSED. Once we've received the returned item we will ship the substitute item to you. Please note: your credit card will need to be charged for shipping the substitute item. Before your substitution, you will need to request an RMA number, as well as pay for the additional shipping via our checkout system.
Q - What if I don't like the item I ordered after trying it? Can I return the item? Can I replace it for an item I like?
A - Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we can not accept returns for an item once it has been opened.
Q - What if you ship me the wrong item?
A - Contact us at http://www.loversource.com/contact.html, and we will issue a return RMA for the item(s). The returned item's packaging must be unopened, unused, and factory sealed. Please follow the instructions given in your return RMA email, and we will reimburse you for the return "Ground" shipping costs.
Once we receive the item, we will ship the correct item to you, at our cost.
Q - What if my order is delivered, but is stolen from my address before I get it?
A - We will re-ship the item AFTER the shipping carrier investigates and approves the claim.
1. Email us, and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
2. Once the shipping carrier has investigated the theft and approved the claim, we will ship the item again.
WARNING: Claims found to be fraudulent will be aggressively investigated and prosecuted. In some cases fines will be assessed and/or criminal prosecutions will be initiated.
Q - What if I want to cancel my order after it has been shipped?
A - Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled or refunded until the item is returned to us UNOPENED and UNUSED. You can refuse delivery or ship the item back to us. Please be aware you would be responsible for the return postage, the original shipping and subsequent accrued shipping costs. Once we've received your return, your order would be credited, minus any shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
